This year's Trade Union Tet Market organized by the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Confederation has many practical and meaningful activities. Of which, 200 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were given gifts by the Provincial Labor Confederation; the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded 2,570 vouchers to buy goods at the online Trade Union Tet Market worth 1 billion 285 million VND.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also presented over 3,000 gifts to union members and workers of district, town, city federations of labor, industry unions, and provincial civil servant unions; presented 6,000 discount vouchers worth 600 million VND; 100 free vouchers worth over 28 million VND; and 100 bus tickets for union members from poor families to return home for Tet.
Speaking at the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang; Tet Trade Union Market" in 2025, Mr. Lo Van Tien - Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the activities organized by trade unions at all levels towards union members and workers.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully thanked the sentiments and material and spiritual contributions of organizations, individuals, and benefactors for union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the province; at the same time, he requested that trade unions at all levels, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, unity of will, action, and joint efforts and hearts to overcome difficulties together for the goal of building and developing Dien Bien province to become increasingly stronger.
The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" (Happy New Year - Spring Thanks to the Party) and the 2025 Trade Union Tet Market will take place for 3 days, from January 17 to 19 at the Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument Ceremony Ground (Dien Bien Phu City).During this time, in addition to gift-giving activities, union members, workers, civil servants, and employees will be able to participate in legal consultation activities, free health check-ups, cultural, artistic, and sports activities; and purchase essential goods and services at discounted prices with guaranteed quality at nearly 30 booths.
