On the afternoon of October 19, the Trade Union of Cua It - Aoa Technology Company Limited (Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized a buffet party and gave gifts to female workers on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20).
The program was attended by Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union and more than 1,000 workers.
At the program, Ms. Le Thi Huong shared that businesses are currently implementing many measures to try to overcome difficulties caused by the impact of US tariffs. However, the Trade Union still recommends that the company's leaders maintain welfare programs for union members.

On this occasion, the Trade Union and the company gave each female worker a practical gift: 2 liters of cooking oil, 1 package of seasoning powder and 1 bottle of fish sauce. At the same time, a buffet party was held to pay tribute to female workers.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, in life, women always suffer the hardest part. Each person must both complete the work in the factory and fulfill the role of a woman in the family. October 20 is an occasion to honor and express affection for female workers working in the factory.

The Trade Union, the unit and the Board of Directors of the company sent their congratulations to female workers working at the factory. The company's leaders continue to strive to create stable jobs and maintain welfare programs for employees.
According to the record, the program held on Sunday afternoon brought joy to workers, especially female workers.
Ms. Do Thi My Dung (an employee in the company) shared: "In the difficult context, the company still organizes overtime on Sundays for employees, we are very excited. Working on Sundays means earning twice as much as normal days. It is happier when on the occasion of October 20, the union pays attention to giving gifts and organizing parties for workers to eat together".
