Every day, the shift meal is worth 25,000 VND and at the Union Meal on August 7, the meal is worth 50,000 VND, of which 25,000 VND is from the union budget. The coordination of trade unions from the organization and funding of meals clearly demonstrates the accompanying and caring role of trade unions in the lives of workers in military enterprises.
Talking to us, Ms. Nguyen Linh Trang (a month ago at the factory) said that the factory's shift rice has 3 main dishes, one dish of vegetables, soup; the rice eaten according to needs is nutritious enough, sometimes it cannot be eaten at all. At the Union Meal, the amount of food is almost double. More importantly, the Union Meal was more crowded than ever, so everyone was excited and wanted to thank the union and thank the leaders and commanders of the Factory.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi To Uyen - Vice President of the Factory's grassroots union, every day, union officials eat shift meals with workers. If workers have any opinions about the meals, the union will discuss them with the kitchen department and resolve them immediately, without waiting for the dialogue conference. This contributes to building more trust among workers in the Trade Union organization. Just like at the Union Meal, the factory union officials also waited for the workers to settle down and start eating rice, to see if the workers had any opinions on the meal before eating...
In particular, at the Union Meal, 15 union members in difficult circumstances received gifts from the National Defense Trade Union Committee, each worth VND500,000. On this occasion, the leaders and commanders of Factory Z133 presented 10 gifts, each worth VND500,000, to 10 union members in difficult circumstances. These 25 gifts demonstrate the concern, sharing, and timely encouragement for union members and workers to work with peace of mind and stick with the unit and the Trade Union organization.
It is known that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Factory Trade Union organized 6 democratic dialogues between the Factory's command leaders and workers, disseminating policies related to workers' rights such as salary, bonus, salary increase, labor protection, public housing, etc., and also reflecting the advantages and difficulties of the unit so that all union members can understand and strive to build an increasingly strong unit.
