As Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the Board of Members of the Corporation, Ms. Do Nguyet Anh is responsible for managing, operating, leading and directing all aspects of the Corporation's operations.
The period of 2019 - 2025 is the period when the Northern Power Corporation experiences many challenges. In that situation, Ms. Nguyet Anh resolutely directed and proposed many flexible solutions to operate the corporation to overcome difficulties, excellently complete assigned tasks and plan targets.
As the economic situation shows signs of gradually recovering, the demand for loads of many customers increases, Ms. Nguyet Anh directs units to implement many measures to grasp and quickly meet customers' electricity supply needs, increase commercial electricity.
In order to achieve the set profit, she directed the synchronous implementation of many solutions from technical technology, applying new technology in management and operation to construction investment to profoundly reduce the rate of power loss, significantly reduce the number of equipment and power grid incidents in the entire corporation.
Ms. Anh and the Board of Directors of the Corporation directly worked with the provinces to receive consensus from local authorities and customers to sympathize and effectively implement the power saving policy.
To ensure financial balance and complete production and business goals, Ms. Nguyet Anh directed cost reduction, increase selling prices and promote production and business, while ensuring salaries for employees and improving the lives of staff.
Thanks to the implementation of policies on sustainable development for employees in general and female employees in particular, the corporation has maintained a stable workforce.
In addition, the corporation is always proactive in training and preparing human resources with intelligence, dynamism, and the ability to meet the requirements and challenges in the current period. These works all have a strong mark of Ms. Do Nguyet Anh - Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Board of Members of the Corporation.
As Party Secretary, Ms. Anh directs the activities of the corporation's trade union to closely follow and comply with the Charter and Regulations on coordination between the general director of the corporation and the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union, contributing to building harmonious, stable and cooperative labor relations for the development of the corporation.
Currently, the Corporation's Trade Union manages 35 grassroots trade unions in 17 northern provinces (27 provinces before the merger) with 26,546 union members, including 7,197 women.
Policies and regimes directly related to the legitimate rights, obligations and interests of employees are all guaranteed in accordance with regulations.
Salary-related initiatives
Not only does she do a good job of management, Ms. Nguyet Anh also has many initiatives applied in practice, especially initiatives that bring efficiency in revenue, cost savings, and time. One of them is the initiative "S deploying salaries in conjunction with the group of work capacity standards and the results of task completion of the office and departments of the corporation's agencies".
One of the goals of the initiative is to pay transparent and fair salaries to each department, each job title position and each employee based on work capacity and monthly work efficiency. Evaluate and score collectives and individuals with high labor productivity and work efficiency in the month according to specific criteria.
The salary payment method is calculated based on the task completion score of the department and the task completion score of the individual, which will encourage labor productivity and work efficiency.
