Joining Stavian Chemical Joint Stock Company from the early days of its establishment, Ms. Dinh Thi Giang is one of the key personnel contributing to the construction and completion of the company's governance system. As Deputy Director of Human Resources Administration, she and the Board of Directors will manage the work of recruiting, training, evaluating and developing human resources, ensuring full implementation of policies and regimes according to the regulations of Stavian Group and the law.
Always considering people as the most valuable asset of the business, Ms. Giang focuses on innovating management methods, applying technology and data in capacity assessment, determining KPI, thereby improving work efficiency and forming a high-quality workforce. Under her advice, the company has implemented many practical welfare programs such as expanded health insurance packages for employees and relatives, accident insurance for production workers, and online E-learning programs for all staff and employees.
As Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Stavian Chemical Joint Stock Company, Ms. Dinh Thi Giang is trusted by the collective for her sense of responsibility and dedication to the workers. Currently, the union has 524 union members out of a total of 540 employees, of which women account for more than 56%.
Immediately after the grassroots Trade Union Congress, Ms. Giang advised the entire Executive Committee with more than 50% female members, and at the same time established a Mass Women's Union from production departments. Under her leadership, the Trade Union effectively maintained the movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework", organized many rich activities such as talent, art, sports competitions, and seminars on March 8 and 20, praising exemplary female workers' families, contributing to spreading the image of modern, confident and brave Stavian women.
Stavian Chemical Trade Union also focuses on negotiating and signing collective labor agreements with more favorable terms for female workers, supervising the implementation of policies on maternity, labor safety, health care; and regularly visiting and supporting workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses. Thanks to Ms. Giang's dedicated direction, the Company's Trade Union has become a reliable support, an effective bridge between employees and businesses, contributing to creating a united, close and humane collective.

Not only successful at work, Ms. Dinh Thi Giang is also loved by her colleagues for her simplicity, thoughtfulness and positive spirit. In the family, she is always a woman who knows how to balance her career and private life, and is a solid supporter for her small family.
Her contributions have been recognized with many noble awards such as the Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the period 2015 - 2020 and 2019 - 2024, Certificate of Merit of the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation in 2023, Commemorative Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2024, along with many certificates of merit and awards from the Stavian Group and the locality.
After more than 15 years of working with Stavian Chemicals, Ms. Dinh Thi Giang has always maintained her image as a dedicated manager, a reliable representative of workers and a positive core in fostering a humane corporate culture.
