In his speech, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested all levels, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to strengthen propaganda and mobilize young people to enthusiastically participate in the Vietnam Fatherland Front, considering this a key political task. Mr. Huy assigned the Provincial Military Command to continue to advise on strict implementation of the stages, coordinate with military receiving units, ensure the selection and delivery of troops according to plan, safely and effectively.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Chairman of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the Commune-level Military Command must take responsibility if there is a shortage of troops or the targets are not met; the results of the selection and performance of the obligation to participate in the People's Public Security will be an important criterion in the annual emulation and reward assessment.
