The 6th Congress of the Trade Union of Ty Xuan Company Limited took place on November 21, with 200 delegates representing 20,888 union members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bien - Standing Member of the Labor Federation (LDLD) attended and directed the Congress.
During the past term, the Trade Union has successfully completed 12 resolution targets, promoted its role as a representative to protect workers' rights, effectively organized emulation movements and participated in corporate governance.
The Trade Union negotiates a Collective Labor Agreement with 24 contents that are more beneficial than the Law, raising average income to VND 7,381,000, an increase of more than VND 345,362 compared to the beginning of the term.
Caring activities have been enhanced, supporting more than 28 billion VND for Tet and providing periodic health check-ups for tens of thousands of workers.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, increase care for life, improve the quality of representation to protect workers' rights and build an increasingly strong organization.
Key targets include admitting over 98% of workers, improving the quality of collective labor agreements to type B or higher, providing professional training for 100% of union officials and introducing at least 75 outstanding union members to the Party.
The Congress elected the 6th Executive Committee consisting of 23 members. Mr. Nguyen Van Tien was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Ty Xuan Company Limited for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In her speech, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bien acknowledged the efforts of the Ty Xuan Trade Union in caring for and protecting workers, and at the same time proposed to strengthen propaganda, training of successor cadres and improve the effectiveness of dialogue and negotiation at enterprises.
During the past term, the Trade Union has innovated its methods of operation, implemented an effective emulation movement, protected the rights of workers, cared for Tet and had regular health check-ups, contributing to increasing income and stabilizing jobs for union members.
The "Good workers, Creative workers" movement has achieved many successes with 267 initiatives applied to production, rewarding 174,000 people, while developing union members to 100%, strengthening harmonious and progressive labor relations at the company.
Entering the new term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union needs to continue to innovate, improve the effectiveness of caring for union members, maintain the title of leading grassroots union in the province, coordinate with the Board of Directors to build a company to develop sustainably and improve the quality of union activities.
