On November 21, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Quang Tri Provincial General Hospital Trade Union (CDCS) held a Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet - Member of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Mr. Phan Xuan Nam - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Hospital.
The Hospital Trade Union currently has 37 trade union groups with 895 union members. Over the past term, the Trade Union has affirmed its core role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; effectively implementing grassroots democracy regulations; promoting propaganda and education in many flexible and effective forms.
Patriotic emulation movements have been widely deployed, attracting a large number of union members to participate. Many new techniques and specialized techniques have been effectively applied through the movement "Good workers, Creative workers". A series of scientific research topics and technical innovation initiatives have been applied in practice, contributing to improving the quality of expertise and medical examination and treatment.
Along with that, the Trade Union focuses on practicing communication skills, implementing the Code of Conduct in the medical team; building a strong trade union organization associated with the political tasks of the unit.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades and elected a delegation to attend the Quang Tri Provincial Trade Union Congress. Mr. Truong Vinh Quy - Deputy Director of the Hospital was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
