In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Executive Committee of the Hoa Lac Commune Trade Union sets the following targets: Strive to achieve and exceed the targets of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions assigned by the City annually.
Every year, over 90% of union members and workers in places with trade unions are disseminated information, propagated, thoroughly grasped, and studied the Directives, Resolutions of the Party, legal policies of the State, and Resolutions of trade unions at all levels.
Strive for 95% of enterprises with trade unions to build, negotiate, sign and organize supervision of the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement at the unit according to regulations.
Strive for 100% of grassroots union officials to be trained and fostered in trade union skills and professional skills every year.
