The first conference of Vinh Hoi Ward Trade Union delegates, Ho Chi Minh City, term 2025 - 2030 was held on the afternoon of October 25.
Currently, Vinh Hoi Ward Trade Union is decentralized to manage 107 grassroots trade unions and 4,113 union members.
Since its establishment (July 1, 2025) until now, Vinh Hoi Ward Trade Union has presented 40 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program with the theme "Dream Moon Night - Light Up Your Childhood" and presented 200 gifts to children of union members and workers in the area. Thereby, showing timely concern and sharing, helping union members and workers feel secure in sticking with the trade union organization.
The Vinh Hoi Ward Trade Union also promptly guides and supports grassroots trade unions in changing and using seals according to new regulations, ensuring legality in trade union management, operation and operation.
The conference also set out a number of key tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term such as: Mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions in 100% of enterprises with 10 or more employees; establishing at least one grassroots trade union per year; admitting at least 300 union members during the term; providing legal advice and support to 100% of union members and employees upon request; coordinating or organizing at least one activity to care for children of employees in the area each year.
At the same time, every year, coordinate and support 100% of enterprise-based trade unions to organize labor conferences and 100% of administrative unit trade unions to organize conferences for civil servants and employees; support grassroots trade unions that are qualified to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements at enterprises to strive to achieve 80% or more...
