At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tri - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the role of the teaching staff in contributing to the overall development of the workers' movement and the activities of Khanh Hoa Trade Union in particular and Vietnam Trade Union in general.
Khanh Hoa Labor Federation currently has 20 full-time union officials who have been working in the education sector, a team of part-time lecturers of the General Confederation, and Provincial Party Committee reporters. Of these, 11 full-time union officials are teachers who have transferred to union work. Taking on different job positions, this team always promotes their professional skills as teachers in union work, thereby performing well the assigned tasks.

The team of part-time lecturers of the General Confederation of Labor and Provincial Party Committee reporters under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation have participated in professional training for hundreds of union officials at all levels. At the same time, they have disseminated regulations and policies related to labor safety, inspection work, union finance, etc. to thousands of union members and workers.
