Temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi due to tax debt

    Ninh Thuan Tax Department sent a notice to the Immigration Department regarding the temporary suspension of exit of Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunbay Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company.

    Sunbay Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company is located at Building C Sunbay Park Hotel & Resort, Yen Ninh Street, My Binh Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City.

    The reason for the temporary suspension of exit is that Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi is the legal representative of a taxpayer who is an enterprise that is being forced to execute an administrative decision on tax management and has not fulfilled its tax payment obligations.

    The period of temporary suspension of exit is from November 20, 2024 until the taxpayer completes his/her tax payment obligation to the state budget.

    Sunbay Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company has not yet fulfilled its tax payment obligation of nearly 150 billion VND.
