Chairman of Farmers' Association in Nghe An suddenly disappeared

Nghe An - Mr. L.B.P - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district - suddenly went missing since the afternoon of November 20.

On the evening of November 21, Ms. Lo Thi Tra My - Chairman of the People's Committee of Xa Luong Commune, Tuong Duong District (Nghe An) - said that the authorities are searching for Mr. L.B.P, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of the commune.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 20, the People's Committee of Xa Luong commune held a year-end evaluation meeting, but Mr. P was not present.

At around 6:00 p.m. the same day, a colleague saw Mr. P's motorbike left on the side of the road, suspected something was wrong, so he reported it to the commune People's Committee leader.

Upon receiving the information, the People's Committee of Xa Luong commune immediately sent forces to search for Mr. P.

After searching, in addition to the motorbike discovered earlier on the positive slope, the forces also found Mr. P's sandals on the negative slope at Km165+700 on National Highway 7, near the Ban Ang Hydropower Reservoir.

Authorities are continuing to search for Mr. P.
