Born on January 21, 1968, Mr. Tran Kim Long has 4 years and 10 months left until the retirement age according to regulations. However, Mr. Long voluntarily wrote an application for early retirement to give opportunities to the young generation of leaders and facilitate the streamlining of the apparatus.
Mr. Long shared that since being assigned to the role of leader of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, he himself has always been enthusiastic, responsible, passionate about the profession and strived to fulfill his assigned duties and tasks well.

Up to now, his working period is nearly 5 years and is retired according to regulations. He himself wishes to contribute and serve the province's trade union until retirement.
However, based on the organization and organizational structure of the province and the need to renovate the model and mode of operation of the Trade Union organization, especially in the current period, Ninh Binh province is implementing the great goals and aspirations set out in the planning of Ninh Binh province in the period of 2021-2030, vision to 2050. Capacity, quick adaptation to the requirements of reality is essential.
He himself is always aware of strictly complying with the assignment, mobilization, and arrangement of the organization, apparatus, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. However, due to old age, declining health, and limited working time, he himself has worked for more than 40 years with social insurance. Therefore, based on the conditions, regulations and actual situation of himself, he wishes to retire early according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on staff streamlining.
