Last week, in Vinh Phuc, Cao Bang and Da Nang, the police sector recorded that many leaders in these three provinces and cities retired early.

On April 29, Da Nang City Police announced the decision on early retirement for Colonel Tran Dinh Lien - Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dai Dong - Deputy Director of the City Police - announced the Decision to retire from work early for Colonel Tran Dinh Lien from May 1, 2025, to retire from September 1, 2025 and to retire from September 1, 2026.

Major General Vu Xuan Vien - Director of Da Nang City Police - said that Colonel Tran Dinh Lien has always upheld his sense of responsibility, dedication, and exemplary work, making many important contributions to promptly advising and resolving pressing issues of security and order, curbing the increase in all types of crimes, contributing to maintaining political security stability, social order and safety, effectively serving the city's economic and social development.

Colonel Tran Dinh Lien affirmed that, despite his retirement, he will always maintain the qualities of a revolutionary police officer, continue to promote a sense of responsibility, be exemplary, actively participate in the movement of the entire people to protect national security, join hands with the local police force to maintain peace and happiness for the people.

Also this week, on April 28, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to allow 4 leaders of the waiting room to enjoy retirement benefits. These 4 officials have proactively applied for early retirement, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct in implementing personnel policies.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Vu Hong Quang - Director of the Provincial Police - emphasized that the proactive resignation of the officers has contributed positively to the improvement of the organizational apparatus, demonstrating high responsibility to the police force.

The Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police hopes that during their retirement period, they will continue to promote the qualities of People's Police soldiers, be a shining example for the younger generation, and at the same time contribute to building an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern force.

Meanwhile, in Vinh Phuc province, last week, there were also 23 department-level leaders and team commanders of the Provincial Police who retired early, receiving a pension regime from May 1, 2025. These officials have voluntarily submitted applications for early retirement, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and exemplary behavior in implementing the major policies of the Party and the police force in streamlining the apparatus.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Than Van Hai - Director of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police - acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and great contributions of the 23 officers in building forces, protecting national security, and maintaining social order and safety.

This is also an important driving force for Vinh Phuc Provincial Police to complete the arrangement and assignment of officers when organizing the new apparatus and develop a personnel plan for the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
