The congress was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, leaders of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of Gia Van commune and 146 delegates, representing 6,856 union members, at 33 grassroots unions in the commune.
Immediately after its establishment on September 5, 2025, the Gia Van Commune Trade Union quickly stabilized its organization, actively and proactively performed its functions of participating in management, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Closely following the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union has synchronously and effectively implemented key tasks, contributing to enhancing the position of the Trade Union organization and practically caring for union members and workers.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress has identified goals, targets, direction of tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Accordingly, in the 2025 - 2030 term, Gia Van Commune Trade Union sets a general goal: to play a good role as a bridge, maintaining a close relationship between the Trade Union organization and the workforce.
Continue to innovate the organization and methods of operation of trade unions; perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees. Build harmonious, stable and developing labor relations.
At the same time, building a strong Gia Van Commune Trade Union organization, a pioneer force in the industrialization process. Thereby, contributing to building the homeland to develop more and more, to be rich and beautiful.
The Congress also set out 12 specific targets and 6 key solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and key positions of the Gia Van Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Commune Trade Union consists of 13 people, the Standing Committee consists of 3 people and the Inspection Committee consists of 3 people.
Mr. Dinh The Hung was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Trade Union, Mr. Tran Tien Anh was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Gia Van Commune Trade Union Inspection Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Congress also announced the Decision to appoint the Gia Van Trade Union Delegation to attend the Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 3 delegates.
