The final round of the 2025 National A-Class Volleyball Tournament will take place from October 23 to November 2 at the Ha Tinh Provincial Sports Stadium.
The tournament has the participation of 15 teams including 7 men's teams and 8 women's teams. The teams will draw lots to divide the groups, compete in a round-robin to calculate points, select teams to enter the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals.
The teams competing in the men's event include: Ha Tinh, Vinh Long, Binh Duong Construction Materials, Mobile Police Command, Military Region 3, Quang Nam and Ho Chi Minh City.
The women's event includes: Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Youth of the Information Corps and Youth of VTV Binh Dien Long An.
The winning men's/women's team in the final will qualify for promotion to the 2026 National Volleyball Championship.
Speaking at the tournament opening ceremony, Mr. Vo Hong Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Head of the tournament organizing committee affirmed: The national A-class volleyball tournament is a high-quality sports playground, gathering strong teams from all over the country.
The tournament is also a launching pad for many talented athletes to compete professionally and join national teams.
The tournament promises to bring dramatic matches, high professional quality with a noble sportsmanship spirit.
This is also an opportunity for Ha Tinh to promote the image of a land "done with good people", rich in cultural traditions, studiousness, hospitality, affirming the province's interest and investment in the field of sports - especially high-performance sports.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, a match took place between Ha Tinh and the Mobile Police Command.
