In previous years, the number of initiatives and creative ideas were concentrated among management officials and technical staff, but in recent years, the number of initiatives and creative ideas contributed by direct production workers accounts for 50% of the total number of initiatives" - Ms. Dinh Hong Mai shared.

According to Mr. Le An Hai, to achieve the above results, trade union levels in the industry have proactively innovated the content and methods of launching and organizing emulation movements in a practical and effective direction, associated with the political tasks of each agency, unit, and enterprise. The emulation launch is deployed flexibly, with focus and key points; focusing on emulation according to topics, according to specific projects and products, associated with progress, quality and work efficiency, contributing to raising the sense of responsibility and creative spirit of union members and workers.
The work of summarizing and evaluating emulation movements has been innovated in a substantive direction, taking work efficiency and practical contributions as the main criteria. Commendation and reward work is carried out promptly, publicly, and transparently, focusing on rewarding direct employees and small collectives with typical achievements, creating motivation to spread throughout the system.
In addition, trade union levels have reviewed, amended, and supplemented emulation and commendation regulations in accordance with the new situation; adjusted evaluation criteria in a specific and quantitative direction, ensuring objectivity, fairness, encouraging innovation and improving work efficiency.
