The current monthly allowance for part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups is the allowance of the month immediately preceding the leave of absence, with the central budget allocating the allowance fund to pay.
In case a non-professional worker at the commune level, in a village or residential group concurrently performs the duties of another non-professional worker at the commune level, in a village or residential group, the current monthly allowance to be calculated as the monthly allowance of the current position and not the monthly allowance of the concurrent position.
Accordingly, the allowance (current monthly allowance) calculated under Decree 154/2025/ND-CP for non-professional cadres at the commune level who also hold non-professional positions at the village level upon retirement is calculated as follows:
The current monthly allowance to calculate the allowance is the monthly allowance of the current position and does not include the monthly allowance of the concurrent position.
