Quang Ninh province prioritizes the admission of candidates who are high-quality human resources according to Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP in all recruitment positions.
The time to receive documents is within 30 days, from September 24, 2025 to October 23, 2025.
In addition to other criteria and requirements, there will be priorities in recruitment according to the provisions of Article 6 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government on recruitment, use and management of civil servants.

Trade union officials who have grown up from the grassroots level and in the workers' movement according to the regulations of competent authorities: 1.5 points will be added to the exam scores or professional review results.
In case the candidate takes the exam or is considered for admission in many priority areas as prescribed above, only the highest priority point will be added to the exam score or professional consideration.
According to Resolution No. 293/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province, on September 11, 2025, the total number of civil servants in state administrative agencies, organizations and ministries and commune-level civil servants for the year is 5,016 people. Of which, the number of civil servants in departments, branches and sectors is 1,904 people and in communes, wards and special zones is 2,774 people.
The total number of people working with salaries from the state budget in public service units of the province is 23,845 people.
