Strengthening the development of union members

In mid-May, at Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park (Dong Ha City), Dong Ha City Labor Federation coordinated with the Trade Union of Jinquan Vietnam Tourism Tools Company Limited to organize a program in response to Workers' Month with many meaningful contents. Notably, the admission ceremony for 40 union members - workers working at the enterprise.
Similarly, the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation coordinated with PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited to organize the Congress to establish the grassroots union of PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited. Under the guidance of the District Labor Federation, PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited has 68 employees and workers admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union.
Building a Trade Union Shelter for workers
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien - Chairman of the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation said that in response to the Workers' Month 2025, the unit has organized many activities towards workers, especially the construction of the Trade Union Shelter.
On May 13, in village 8 (Trieu Tan commune, Trieu Phong district), the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Union Shelter for Ms. Tran Thi Thu Kieu, a union member of the Trieu Tan commune agency. Ms. Thu Kieu's family is in difficult circumstances, her husband does not have a stable job, and raises two young children.
Through the survey, Trieu Phong District Labor Federation proposed the provincial Labor Federation to support 40 million VND to help Kieu have more funding for housing construction. The commencement of the construction of trade unions at the time of implementing the movement "Joining hands to erase temporary houses, dilapidated houses" in the district, responding to the month of workers in 2025 has a deep humanity about the spirit of "solidarity" of the Trade Union organization, the contribution of all levels, sectors and the whole society has always cared for and accompanied with members and workers in social security. Thereby helping union members to have more motivation to work and peace of mind.
The construction of trade unions not only took place in Trieu Phong District Labor Federation, but Hai Lang District Labor Federation also started the construction of trade unions for union members Nguyen Thi Thanh Tinh - Teacher of Hai Xuan Secondary and Secondary School. The funding for Ms. Thanh Tinh deducted from the trade union fund of the Labor Federation of Quang Tri province with a support of VND 40 million.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Vice President of the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in May 2025, on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor supported funding to build 28 Trade Union Shelters.
