Internal regulations and rules for civil servant recruitment and selection exams
Circular No. 22/2025/TT-BNV (effective from December 10, 2025) promulgates internal rules and regulations for civil servant recruitment and selection exams.
For example, some internal regulations for candidates taking exams and recruiting civil servants are stipulated in the circular as follows:
- Must be present at the room at the prescribed time. Candidates taking the temple exam late after the start of calculating the exam time, the exam part, the exam subject (hereinafter referred to as the exam) will be allowed to take the exam in the following cases:
+ Not more than 5 minutes for a test with a maximum exam time of 30 minutes or not more than 10 minutes for a test with a maximum exam time of 60 minutes or more;
+ Other cases shall be considered and decided by the Chairman of the Council
- Dress neatly, civilly, and polite.
- Submit a Citizen Identification Card (including a citizen identification card on the VNeID application) or an ID card or one of other legal documents with a photo and personal information issued by a competent authority, still valid.
- Sit in the correct position according to the registration number or according to the position prescribed by the Recruitment Council.
- Only bring to the exam room: lines, pens for the exam, drinking water in a transparent container, documents according to the requirements of each exam, some types of medicine that candidates with medical records must carry, unless otherwise provided.
- Follow the instructions of the exam room supervisor, interview board members, answer board members, project scoring board members (hereinafter referred to as competent people), if you have any opinions or questions, you must ask publicly, maintain order and not smoke or use stimulants, electronic foods and drinks in the exam room or exam area.
- Do not exchange information, exam papers, or documents with others during the exam; do not look at the work of other candidates or commit any other fraud. All acts of copying or transmitting information related to questions and answers outside the exam room or receiving information from outside into the exam room are strictly prohibited...
Codes and standards for professional titles of doctors, preventive medicine doctors, and nurses
Circular No. 41/2025/TT-BYT (effective from December 18, 2025) stipulates codes and standards for professional titles of doctors, preventive medicine doctors, and nurses.
According to the Circular, Article 2 stipulates the professional title code of doctors, preventive medicine doctors, and nurses:
1. Group of doctors title, including:
a) Senior Doctor (class I), code: V.0801.01;
b) Main Doctor (grade II), code: V.0801.02;
c) Doctor (grade III), code: V. 8:0001.
2. The group of titles of preventive medicine doctors includes:
a) Senior preventive medicine doctor (grade I), code: V. 8:0002.04;
b) Main preventive medicine doctor (grade II), code: V. 8:0002.05;
c) Preventive Medicine Doctor (grade III), code: V. 8:0002.01.
3. title of Grade IV physician, code: V. 8:0003.07.
