Clause 1, Article 35 of Decree 33/2023/ND-CP stipulates the training, fostering, social insurance, and health insurance regimes for part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups, and those directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups as follows:
Training, fostering, social insurance, health insurance regimes for part-time workers at the commune level, in villages, residential groups and people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups
1. Part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups and those directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups are trained and fostered in knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the current tasks; when sent for training and fostering, they will enjoy the regime according to the provisions of law.
2. Part-time workers at the commune level shall implement compulsory social insurance and health insurance according to the provisions of the law on social insurance and health insurance.
Accordingly, part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups and people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups are trained and fostered in knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the current tasks; when sent for training and fostering, they will enjoy the regime according to the provisions of law.
The village chief is a title of a part-time worker in the village. Thus, the Village Chief will enjoy training and knowledge fostering policies in accordance with the requirements of the current tasks.
In addition, when sent for training and development, they will enjoy the regime according to the provisions of law.
