In addition, Clause 3, Clause 4, Article 6 of the Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene 2015, stipulates the rights of employees working without labor contracts. Specifically:

- Receive information, disseminate and educate about occupational safety and hygiene.
- Receive occupational safety and hygiene training when doing work with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene.
- Participate and receive occupational accident insurance under the voluntary form prescribed by the Government.
- Complaints, denunciations or lawsuits according to regulations.
