On July 10, at Suoi Dau Industrial Park (Cam Lam commune, Khanh Hoa province), Khanh Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union Committee held a conference to launch and deploy trade union tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, concurrently Head of Khanh Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union - said that, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Khanh Hoa province and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Industrial Park Trade Union was established after streamlining the organization and apparatus.
Khanh Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union currently has 8 full-time union officials, managing 85 grassroots trade unions (CDCS), with nearly 25,000 union members, out of a total of 26,377 workers working in the industrial park in the area.
With the task of representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers working in industrial parks in the province. At the same time, it is an extension of the Provincial Federation of Labor to bring policies, laws, movement activities... to the grassroots trade unions of enterprises, units, and workers.
Immediately after the decision to establish and put into operation from July 1, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee quickly stabilized the working apparatus. In particular, urgently ensuring working conditions for newly arranged union officials and union officials from Ninh Thuan province to take up work at headquarters No. 6 Le Thanh Ton, Nha Trang ward and headquarters at Suoi Dau Industrial Park.
In particular, to keep work uninterrupted, in the first week of July, along with meeting and launching, the Khanh Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union Committee also developed a work program for the last 6 months of 2025.
In particular, the 3 key and breakthrough tasks and goals set by the Khanh Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union are to focus on effectively performing the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; improve the quality of caring for union members' lives; promote union member development, improve the quality of grassroots union cadres, actively participate in Party building and government building.
According to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, after the merger of Khanh Hoa Trade Union, there are 2 committees: the Trade Union Working Committee and the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee.
The Industrial Park Trade Union Board manages grassroots trade unions in key industrial parks in Khanh Hoa province. In addition to advantages, there are still many difficulties and problems that require the efforts of each union cadre.
