Implement solutions to “Improve the effectiveness of dialogue and collective bargaining, period 2024 - 2028” according to the Program of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Proactively implement solutions to facilitate grassroots trade unions to conduct negotiations and collective bargaining, focusing on wages, bonuses, working hours, rest hours, and occupational safety and hygiene.
