On March 3, representatives of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in 2026, the unit plans to organize 261 job transaction sessions in parallel with promoting job introduction activities for workers, focusing on workers enjoying unemployment insurance, high-quality workers and workers with disabilities...

To do a good job connection, the Employment Service Center will organize and implement well surveys, surveys, collect information about labor, employment, wages and implement information collection on the labor market. Improve the professional quality of labor market information forecasting and analysis.

In particular, the Center will build and implement solutions to digitize and update data information about workers; store and manage centralized data on the labor market. Promote the digitization of labor market information to gradually form a complete and synchronous labor market database both in the short and long term to support professional activities. At the same time, upgrade infrastructure and equipment to serve the collection, storage of data, analysis and forecasting of labor supply and demand to serve the requirements of management, analysis, sharing, and disclosure of information about the labor market. Training and fostering to improve the capacity and professional qualifications of officials and employees working in consulting, job introduction, collecting labor supply and demand information and labor market analysis - forecasting to meet the requirements of the labor market.

Previously, in 2025, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 255 job transaction sessions, attracting 7,726 businesses to participate. 162,121 workers were consulted at the session, 50,841 workers were interviewed at the session and 19,563 workers received jobs after the interview. Implemented counseling on employment, vocational training, unemployment insurance and labor law policies for 1,428,743 turns of workers. Organized 39 classes and counseling programs on career orientation, job search skills, and skills to participate in interviews for students and workers.
