Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT effective from January 1, 2026 stipulates the job position, number of employees and professional title structure at the Commune-level Health Station as follows:
- Based on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Commune-level Health Station, instructions from competent authorities on job positions and civil servant structure, the Commune-level Health Station will develop a Job Position Project, submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval as a basis for recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
- The list of job positions of commune-level health stations is determined according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Home Affairs in accordance with the requirements of the unit.
- The number of employees and the structure of civil servants according to the professional title of the Commune-level Health Station are determined based on the job position, workload according to the functions, tasks, and scope of operation of the Commune-level Health Station, assigned or approved by competent authorities. Every year, the Commune-level Health Station develops a plan for the number of employees, submits it to the competent authority for consideration and decision in accordance with the provisions of law.
