On August 16, An Binh Ward Trade Union, Dong Thap province coordinated with An Binh Ward Youth Union and Central Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (HEAD Central) to organize the "Youth Workers' Day with Traffic Culture" in 2026. The program attracted about 300 trade union members, youth union members, workers and customers to participate, creating a lively and practical atmosphere in propaganda work to build traffic culture in the area.
Speaking at the opening of the Festival, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh - Chairwoman of An Binh Ward Trade Union - emphasized that traffic safety is an issue of particular concern to the Party, State and the whole society. Building awareness of law compliance and forming traffic culture among union members, trade union members and young workers is of great significance, contributing to reducing traffic accidents and protecting people's lives and property. The festival not only equips them with legal knowledge and safe driving skills but also spreads the spirit of responsibility of each union member in building a civilized and safe traffic environment.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and union members were informed of the key contents of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; guided on safe vehicle control skills and handling common situations when participating in traffic. A large number of union members and youth enthusiastically participated in the multiple-choice test on traffic law knowledge and the safe driving practice test guided and scored by the team of technicians of HEAD Center.

In addition to propaganda activities, the Organizing Committee also implements a free oil change program for motorbikes, and at the same time implements many preferential programs when buying genuine motorbikes, spare parts and accessories. This is a practical care activity, contributing to supporting union members and workers, creating conditions for people to raise awareness of vehicle maintenance and ensure safety when participating in traffic.
At the end of the Day, the Organizing Committee awarded 20 prizes to individuals with high achievements in the safe driving competition and presented many valuable gifts through the lucky draw program, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere for participants.
