The online photo contest "You are the color of March sunshine" was launched by the Hai Phong City Labor Federation from March 6, receiving entries from March 10 to 4 pm on April 10; closing the Voting Portal at 4 pm on April 12. 4. The closing and award ceremony is expected to be held at the end of April 2026.
The Organizing Committee expanded the subjects of the contest to trade union officials and employees working and participating in grassroots trade union activities; former trade union officials and members working in the city.
The Organizing Committee encourages the application of digital technology, modern photography techniques, editing software, 4.0 technology (AI, light processing, color, composition... ) to highlight the artistic depth, emotions and messages of the work without distorting the nature of characters, events or real content. The Organizing Committee does not accept photos created from AI (not taken from real characters).
Contest entries will be sent online via the QR code of the Organizing Committee, accompanied by a short message (no more than 50 words) sharing the meaning of the photo. After posting, the work will be voted on the social network Facebook, creating a lively interactive space, where the community can spread beautiful images of female union members and workers. The contest results are calculated based on 40% of the interaction score on Facebook (Like/Share) and 60% of the professional judges' scores, ensuring both reflecting the spread in the community and promoting the artistic value of the work.
Regarding the prize structure, the contest includes many attractive collective and individual prizes. In which, the highest collective prize is worth 30 million VND, the highest individual prize is 5 million VND. The Organizing Committee additionally awarded 1,000 contribution prizes, worth 200,000 VND/prize for quality entries.
By March 25, the contest had attracted nearly 5,000 entries.
