Speaking at the opening of the conference, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized a number of strategic and key tasks that have been focused on by the National Assembly and the Government since the 11th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the entire political system has stepped in, the people have supported, especially the National Assembly and the Government have set an example with a working spirit, dedicating all their efforts to complete very important, difficult, complicated and sensitive tasks.
According to the Prime Minister, up to now, we have basically completed the arrangement of the political system, the local government at both levels is operating well, "of course there are still these and those things that need to continue to be inspected, supervised, urged, handled, and resolved...".
According to the Prime Minister, the National Assembly and the Government have been united, unified, unanimous, and synchronous, so although the workload is very large and requires a lot of time, it has been completed with high quality.
The Prime Minister also noted that we must not be subjective or satisfied with what we have done, but must review and evaluate what is achievable and what is not achievable, thereby drawing lessons from what is coming to do better.
"I hope that every meeting and session, we will have more experience. We grow up, mature, become more and more resilient, become more and more steadfast, persevere in basic goals and flexibly handle issues arising in the process of organizing and implementing" - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said.
The conference heard Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Vu Hai Ha summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 associated with the development and completion of documents and personnel work for the 1st National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Party Committee Standing Committee has issued a plan and held a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 60 in a direct and online manner to all party organizations and party members in the Party Committee.
The Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee have issued 44 documents to lead, direct, implement and report or submit to competent authorities on the contents related to the arrangement of provincial and commune-level administrative units and building a 2-level local government model...
