The conference was attended by nearly 60 union officials from 19 departmental unions under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam Education Trade Union).
According to the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, this is a key activity in the 2025 trade union year, aiming to implement Plan No. 07/KH-CD VNU-HQHHN dated September 10, 2025 of the Hanoi National University Trade Union on organizing trade union congresses at all levels towards the 7th Hanoi National University Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and trade union congresses at all levels.
Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities directly guides and trains core contents in the preparation and organization of the congress, including the following contents: Introducing a system of documents guiding and guiding the superior trade union, directly the Hanoi National University Trade Union, on the process, time, and form of organizing trade union congresses at all levels; steps to develop the congress plan, personnel projects, reporting content to submit to the congress, working regulations; form, election process and reporting documents sent to the Trade Union Office of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities...
Many opinions of the delegates were answered and exchanged by the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The conference also created a forum for exchanges and discussions for union officials to share experiences, agree on implementation procedures, and ensure that departmental union congresses are organized in accordance with regulations, democracy, practicality and efficiency.
This training work is an important first step, helping units to be proactive, synchronous and on track in preparing for the congress, towards building a strong trade union organization, accompanying the development of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
