The training session was directly shared and guided by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phung - former Head of the Department of archives and Office Management; Vice President of the Vietnam Book and Archives Association.
In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Principal of the school emphasized the importance of time management skills in the context of the strong industrial revolution 4.0. According to Mr. Khanh, mastering time and organizing work effectively not only helps individuals succeed but is also a decisive factor for the quality and efficiency of the entire organization. Therefore, the training session is of practical significance, contributing significantly to improving the capacity and quality of the school's staff and lecturers.
This is one of a series of activities organized by the Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to enhance management, operation and soft skills development for staff and lecturers, attracting the participation of a large number of union members in the whole school.
At the training session, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phung shared the principles of effective time management, how to apply digital technology and social networks to save time as well as methods of organizing scientific work for individuals and groups. Officials and lecturers proactively participate in discussions and sharing personal experiences in time fund management, work handling and balancing professional tasks and personal life.
The training session not only provides practical knowledge and skills in time management and work organization, but also contributes to building a professional and proactive working culture among the school's staff and lecturers.
