In addition, more than 200 union officials were instructed in photography, image processing, news gathering and editing skills, and articles in union media; instructed on methods for building sports clubs, organizing mass sports activities, and sports activities at the grassroots level, etc.

There are places where grassroots union officials are still confused in organizing and implementing cultural, physical education and sports activities effectively. Grassroots union officials themselves also make great efforts to learn and gain experience from other units. Therefore, training courses on skills and techniques for organizing cultural activities and sports competitions professionally, such as the one organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, are very necessary and need to be expanded based on the needs of grassroots unions to serve the wishes of union members and workers.
