On August 8, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation's Area Management Working Group No. 5 and the Ba Ria Ward Trade Union visited and encouraged the family of Ms. Trinh Thi Anh - a worker at Hoa Hanh Trading Company Limited (Ba Ria Ward headquarters).
Previously, on the evening of August 5, a fire broke out at the house of Ms. Anh and her family (Long Huong ward) that had burned down the residence, all of the family's assets, along with motorbikes and electric vehicles sent by customers for repair. The incident left Ms. Anh's family without a place to live, leaving behind no assets, including personal documents.
At the place where Ms. Anh and her family are temporarily residing, Ms. Pham Thu Huong - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - visited and encouraged Ms. Anh's family to try to overcome difficulties and losses.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also presented the family with support of 10 million VND to overcome and soon stabilize their lives. The Board of Directors of Hoa Hanh Trading Company Limited and the company's Trade Union also presented the family with a total support of 12 million VND and some new clothes.
In addition, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Long Huong ward, Tan Hung hamlet also organized a delegation to visit, encourage, and give practical support gifts to union member Trinh Thi Anh's family.
