In April 2026, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 23 job transaction sessions. There were 431 units participating in recruitment with a total of 8,725 recruitment and enrollment targets. 1,294 workers were interviewed at job transaction sessions, through which 570 workers were received applications and recruited through job transaction sessions. In addition, the Hanoi Employment Service Center strengthens vocational training orientation and job conversion for unemployed workers; organizes consulting and job introduction activities on the city's job transaction floor system... thereby supporting job creation for workers.
Regarding support and settlement of unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies, in April 2026, the Center received 5,126 applications for unemployment insurance benefits (an increase of 1,013 cases compared to March 2026 and a decrease of 865 cases compared to the same period in 2025). Appraised and issued decisions to enjoy unemployment benefits for 4,044 cases (an increase of 1,081 applications compared to March 2026 and a decrease of 2,131 applications compared to the same period in 2025) with a support amount of 161.4 billion VND. In addition, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has advised and supported job search for over 2,500 workers, including vocational training support for 105 people with an amount of 428 million VND.
