At the conference, the leaders of Tinh Gia Ward Trade Union announced the Decision of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation on the establishment of a grassroots Trade Union of Nghi Son Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
The newly established grassroots trade union consists of 62 union members, under the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation. According to the decision, the Provisional Executive Committee consists of 5 comrades, appointed the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman; at the same time, established a Provisional Inspection Committee and assigned the positions according to regulations.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Comrade Nguyen Van Bich - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Nghi Son Area Investment and Construction Project Management Board - pledged to work with the union members and workers to build a strong trade union organization, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers.
In the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union will implement the plan to organize the first Congress, term 2025 - 2030 in accordance with the direction of the superior Trade Union.
