Gia Lai - 378 apartments in CT2 building of the Housing project under the Trade Union Institution Area planning are eligible for sale and lease-purchase.

On September 22, the Department of Construction of Gia Lai province announced that 378 apartments in CT2 building of the Housing project under the planning of Binh Dinh Provincial Trade Union Institution Area are eligible for sale and lease-purchase.

The project has a scale of more than 3.7 hectares, a total investment of more than 1,128 billion VND, built in Long Van Urban Area (Quy Nhon Bac Ward, Gia Lai Province), invested by IEC Construction and Electromechanical Investment Joint Stock Company. The implementation progress is from October 2022 to August 2026.

As of mid-August 2025, the project has completed the traffic system; electricity supply and lighting systems; water supply and drainage systems, wastewater treatment plants; garden landscape has reached 90%. CT2 building has completed the foundation and is installing steel reinforcements for the second floor girders.

The Department of Construction emphasized that investors must be responsible for project information, ensure accuracy, honesty, and be responsible for future housing that is eligible for sale or lease-purchase. The signing of sales and lease-purchase contracts must comply with current regulations.

Before signing a contract with a customer, the investor must fully, honestly and accurately publicize information about housing and the real estate market on the unit's electronic information page. The investor is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, data and documents accompanying the provided records.
