Establishment of the Dien Bien Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union

Dien Bien - 190 officials and employees of the Provincial Social Insurance have just joined the Trade Union organization.

On March 6, the Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) to organize a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS).

Attending were Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Insurance and all officials, employees, and laborers of the unit.

According to the Decision of the Provincial Labor Federation, 190 officials and employees of the Provincial Social Insurance were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union organization. At the same time, the Decision on establishing the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union directly under the Provincial Labor Federation was announced.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation also appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Members of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union term I, term 2026-2030.

Speaking to direct and assign tasks, Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong sent congratulations to the collective of 190 new union members and the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important step forward, not only completing the organizational structure at the unit but also creating conditions for the Trade Union organization to maximize its representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong proposed that the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of term I soon develop working regulations and full-term activity programs. Promote patriotic emulation movements among cadres, civil servants, and workers; strengthen coordination with agency leaders in performing professional tasks, contributing to the good implementation of social security policies in the province.
