At the ceremony, the decision to establish the Topas Sa Pa grassroots trade union and admit 196 union members of this unit was announced.
This is an activity in response to Workers' Month 2025 of the Sa Pa Town Labor Federation.
The establishment of the Topas Sa Pa Trade Union marks the development of the enterprise, contributing to ensuring legitimate rights for union members and employees, helping employees feel excited and feel secure at work, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.
It is known that the Sa Pa Town Labor Federation is a typical unit in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in the province over the years with the proactive implementation of many effective solutions, in line with reality, especially in the non-state enterprise sector.
In the first 5 months of 2025 alone, the Sa Pa Town Labor Federation has newly established 1 grassroots union, admitting 372 union members, exceeding the annual plan by 3.3%.
