On August 15, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Thanh Vinh Ward Trade Union held the first expanded Executive Committee Conference for the 2025-2030 term.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Party Committee and the Ward Fatherland Front Committee presented the Decision to establish the Ward Trade Union, the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee.
Comrade Dinh Thi Thuy Mai was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Thanh Vinh Ward Trade Union.
The conference also approved the Regulations on the Executive Committee's activities, the Inspection Committee's inspections and the work program for the last months of 2025.
The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Ward Party Committee expressed their confidence that the Thanh Vinh Ward Trade Union will promote its role as a representative, caretaker, and defender the legitimate rights of union members; focus on developing the organization, building cultural, artistic, and sports movements, and improving the spiritual and material life of workers.
