On June 1, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) said that the Trieu Phong District Federation of Labor, Hai Lang District Federation of Labor and Gio Linh District Federation of Labor have just organized the establishment of grassroots unions and admitted nearly 300 union members to the Trade Union.
Accordingly, the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation coordinated with Toyota PGS Quang Tri Investment and Trading Company Limited to organize the Congress to establish the Company's Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2028. The company is located at National Highway 1A, Trieu Giang Commune, and has been in operation since December 2021. To date, 69 employees at the company have been admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Hai Lang District Labor Federation organized the establishment of the grassroots union of Binh Minh Sports Garment Company Limited, recruiting 123 workers.
At the admission ceremony, the leaders of the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor presented 15 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to union members in difficult circumstances.
Previously, Gio Linh District Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the establishment of 4 Forces Trade Unions participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level with 86 union members in Gio Linh town, Gio Quang commune, Phong Binh and Gio My (Gio Linh district). Each union elects 3 provisional cadres, who will play a key role in local union activities.
