Youme Law Firm LLC said that according to Section 11 of the Appendix attached to Resolution 124/NQ-CP in 2025, which stipulates specific tasks in May and in the coming time, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with agencies and localities:
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Finance, relevant agencies and localities to urgently guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the process of implementing the policy of restructuring the apparatus, implementing the 2-level local government project as soon as approved by the National Assembly.
- Focus on developing and completing the Government's submission of the implementation results of Conclusion 121-KL/TW in 2025 of the Central Executive Committee, Resolution 176/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly and following the Government's direction on the implementation of organizational arrangement at ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and specialized agencies under the People's Committees at provincial and district levels.
- Assume the prime responsibility for, coordinate and urge ministries, branches and localities to strictly implement the Politburo's conclusions on thoroughly decentralizing and decentralizing from the central and ministries to provincial and commune levels; Develop and report to the Politburo and the Secretariat the specific implementation of local decentralization and decentralization.
- Preside over reviewing, amending, supplementing according to authority or submitting to competent authorities to amend and supplement regulations related to granting work permits to foreigners working in Vietnam in the direction of creating favorable conditions for the implementation of administrative procedures...
- Effectively implement emulation and reward work, especially emulation movements and special emulation campaigns launched by the Prime Minister, summarizing the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025". Advising, proposing, and carefully preparing the necessary conditions to organize the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
Thus, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with agencies and localities in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, relevant agencies and localities to urgently guide, remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the retirement regime before age and quit their job for officials and employees in the process of implementing the policy of organizing the organizational structure, implementing the 2 -level local government project right after being approved by the National Assembly.
