On December 31, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued a decision regulating administrative working hours in Quang Tri province. This decision takes effect from January 1, 2025.
According to the newly issued regulations, administrative working hours in the morning start from 7:30 to 11:30, in the afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30.
This regulation applies to subjects that are state administrative agencies from provincial, district to commune levels; provincial and district-level public service units operating in an administrative nature; political organizations, socio-political organizations operating in an administrative nature.
For schools, educational and training institutions, hospitals, medical examination and treatment facilities, and businesses in the province, adjust working hours accordingly based on actual conditions.
For police, military, border guards, and central agencies located in Quang Tri province, based on administrative working hours in Quang Tri province, decide on appropriate working hours according to authority.
To strictly implement the above regulations, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province assigned the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province to monitor and detect cases of non-compliance with regulations on working hours, report and propose handling measures.
