The emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 includes 9 contents: Ensuring safe, continuous and stable power supply; Promoting investment in power sources and grids in accordance with planning, ensuring synchronization and efficiency; Developing a smart, synchronous, modern power grid, connecting the region; Improving the efficiency of corporate governance, ensuring sustainable finance, mobilizing sufficient investment capital; Improving the quality of business and customer services; Developing high-quality human resources, improving labor productivity; Breakthrough in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; Practicing thrift, combating waste comprehensively in all fields; Effectively implementing communication, social security, implementing corporate culture and developing EVN brand.
In particular, the whole Group competes to operate safely, stably, and effectively in providing electricity for socio-economic development and people's lives. Proactively develop a power supply scenario to meet the demand for high economic growth ( double-digit growth) according to the orientation of the Politburo and the Government with an average growth rate of commercial electricity in the period of 2025 - 2030 from 10.3% to 12.5%/year, aiming for the total national commercial electricity output by 2030 to reach 500.4 - 557.8 billion kWh according to the adjusted Power Plan VIII. Strive to reduce the share of electricity used for transmission and distribution to below 6% by 2030, on par with advanced countries in the ASEAN region.
Strive for an average labor productivity of the whole Group to increase by over 8%/year. Build a fair and transparent system for evaluating cadres, based on results and actual capacity; rejuvenate the team, improve the quality of management and leadership cadres. Prioritize training, attracting and developing high-quality human resources for key areas such as nuclear power, smart system operation and digital transformation.
Compete to comprehensively implement the Digital Transformation Project, building EVN into a digital enterprise before 2028; promote the "Creative Labor" emulation movement, the "10 thousand initiatives" program throughout the Group; establish specialized units, invest in key laboratories, promote research and application of advanced and modern technology in the world in production, business and corporate governance activities...
