On March 27, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to summarize the patriotic emulation movement among workers and civil servants in 2024.
Through emulation movements launched by the trade union organization, technical innovation topics and initiatives and production ideas of workers in Dong Nai have benefited units and enterprises with more than 238 billion VND.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ho Thanh Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee - praised the outstanding achievements of collectives and individuals in the emulation movement, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks and economic development of the province.
At the same time, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Son suggested that Dong Nai trade unions continue to replicate advanced models, especially heads of trade unions at all levels, sectors, agencies and units, and must promote their exemplary pioneering role, truly the core, and the leading flag in emulation movements.
Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Thi Nhu Y emphasized that in 2024, the patriotic emulation movement launched by Dong Nai Trade Unions at all levels has created a widespread spread, attracting a large number of workers and civil servants in the whole province to respond and participate in all fields of work.
Many improvement initiatives of workers and civil servants have been applied in practice, helping units and enterprises promote production and business activities; ensuring jobs, income and life for workers.
At the conference, 150 individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in emulation movements and trade union activities in 2024 were honored and rewarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation.
