According to the 2025 Civil Servants' Recruitment Council, the Trade Union Project Management Board:
Pursuant to the Law on Civil Servants dated November 15, 2010 and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees dated November 25, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government on regulations on recruitment, use and management of civil servants; Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government on recruitment, use and management of civil servants;
Pursuant to Circular No. 001/2025/TT-NBV dated March 17, 2025 of the Minister of Home Affairs promulgating the Internal Regulations and Regulations on recruitment, promotion, and consideration of civil servants and public employees;
Pursuant to Decision No. 225/QD-BQLDA dated October 21, 2025 of the Trade Union Project Management Board on recognizing the results of civil servant recruitment and approving the list of candidates admitted to the civil servant recruitment exam in 2025;
The 2025 Civil Servants' Recruitment Council announced the Results of the 2025 civil servant recruitment period and completed the civil servant recruitment documents for successful candidates with the following content:
1. Interview results of 7 candidates who are eligible to participate in the interview:
- Admitted candidates: 7 candidates.
- Unsuccessful candidates: 0 candidates.
2. Complete the civil servant recruitment documents for successful candidates:
a) Time and place to receive recruitment documents:
- Time: Within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results of the 2025 civil servant recruitment period by the Trade Union Project Management Board, the successful candidate must complete the recruitment documents.
- Location for submitting documents: Office of the Trade Union Project Management Board, 8th floor, No. 175 Giang Vo, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City.
b) Documents to submit when recruiting:
- Judicial records No. 1 issued by competent authorities.
