On March 9, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center (Hanoi Department of Home Affairs) said that the Center has just announced a special Korean language test on PC in 2025 for employees who have worked under the EPS Program to return home on contract terms and wish to re-enter Korea.
The exam is conducted by the Korean Human Resources Development Agency in coordination with the Overseas Labor Center (Ministry of Home Affairs). Workers register to compete in the Korean language exam to go abroad to work, with 4 occupations: manufacturing and manufacturing, agriculture, fishery, construction.

To be eligible to take the exam, employees must meet the following conditions: Having worked in Korea under the EPS Program, after 3 years of service, their working time will be extended by 1 year and 10 months, return home on time or before the expiration of their legal residence in Korea (the time of returning home from January 1, 2010 onwards).
Employees are aged from 18 to 39 (with date of birth from March 11, 1985 to March 10, 2007).
If the employee has previously resided in Korea under an E-9 or E-10 visa, the total length of residence must be less than 5 years.
The time to receive documents is from March 10 to March 12, 2025, calculated according to the postmark of the date of application submission.
Employees pay the Korean language test fee in Vietnamese currency, equivalent to 28 USD, by bank transfer. The Overseas Labor Center will announce the cost of the Korean exam in Vietnamese Dong and the transfer information on the website colab.gov.vn.
The priority subjects for accumulation of points are workers who have participated in the Korean Vocational Training and Supplementary Training Course organized by HRD Korea.
The expected Korean exam time is from February 2 to April 4, 2025; on April 18, 2025, the exam results will be announced.
