Harmonizing the interests of enterprises, employees and shareholders
The Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA) held the 13th Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term on November 7.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the company's leaders are always interested in policies and regimes related to employees through the development of appropriate salary policies and reward regimes, in order to implement the policy of harmonizing the interests of businesses, employees and shareholders.
As of September 30, the company had 1,702 employees, including 339 women; estimated income in 2025 is 15 million VND/person/month, equal to 125% compared to 2024.

The Union has coordinated with the government to organize and implement many comprehensive emulation movements with practical content, focusing on the key tasks of enterprises and union activities, and all aimed at the goal of productivity, quality, and efficiency in production and business as well as improving the material and spiritual life of union members and employees.
In 2025, the CASUMINA Trade Union participated, together with the government, in implementing many welfare policies for employees such as: The company has invested more than 10 billion VND to improve working conditions, build new toilets, cafetaries, install air conditioners to create a good working environment for employees; organize conferences to honor 100 excellent and outstanding employees during "Worker's Month"; organize domestic 3-day, 2-night vacations for all employees and 80 outstanding employees to visit and study in Singapore and Malaysia.
Applying digital technology to trade union activities
The Congress passed a resolution with the main goals of the company's trade union activities for the 2025-2030 term such as: Every year, 95% of employees participate in trade union organizations; Every year, trade unions introduce and have at least 5 outstanding union members admitted to the Party; Organize periodic training programs for trade union officials from the group leader level and above, training programs closely following reality, practicing the necessary skills of trade union officials, focusing on training and applying information technology to deploy trade union activities more quickly and effectively.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoat - Party Secretary, General Director of CASUMINA - suggested that the CASUMINA Trade Union should regularly propagate and effectively implement Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" among union members and employees.
At the same time, proactively innovate the content and methods of trade union activities to adapt to the new situation, especially in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees; Research and advise on implementing the Party's guidelines, resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and regulations of the Vietnam Trade Union organization into the practical activities of the Company's Trade Union.
In particular, it is necessary to closely follow the company's development strategy to 2030 approved by the Vietnam Chemical Group, promote the launch of patriotic emulation movements among union members and employees, apply digital technology to the production process, union activities contribute to the completion of the company's production and business targets and tasks.
Focus on taking care of regimes, policies, welfare and organizing cultural, artistic activities, movements to better care for the material and spiritual life of employees.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the CASUMINA Trade Union with 11 members, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Deputy General Director of the company was elected as Chairman of the CASUMINA Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
