Reporting at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the commendation and reward of excellent workers is organized annually by the People's Committee of Long An province in coordination with the Provincial Federation of Labor to stimulate employees to enthusiastically participate in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", complete their tasks well and stay with the enterprise for a long time.
The 300 excellent workers honored this year are individuals with many valuable initiatives, selected publicly, democratically and promptly, from the emulation movement to attract engineers, technical staff and highly skilled workers to actively respond.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Lam - Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - praised the creative working spirit of the workers in the province, especially the outstanding achievements of 300 workers honored at the conference.
Over the past year, Long An province has achieved many outstanding achievements in all fields. Contributing to the above achievements are the active and effective contributions of cadres, employees and trade union organizations. From the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" many typical examples have appeared among workers in the spirit of diligence and enthusiasm with many initiatives, creativity, and technical solutions applied to production and business.
That is what makes the movement of "Good workers, creative workers" always associated with the production and business process of enterprises, contributing significantly to the enterprise overcoming difficulties, stabilizing jobs and income of employees and enterprises to develop more and more.
Vice Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee suggested organizing trade unions to continue mobilizing workers to enthusiastically emulate "Good labor, creative labor" towards the goal of exploiting domestic and in the province, improving the quality of products - services, saving - lowering costs, maintaining the brand of Vietnamese goods to compete right in the domestic market and promoting exports to the world market. Focus on bringing scientific and technical advances, applying advanced technology to production activities. In particular, the movement "Good labor, creative labor" needs to focus strongly on the implementation of 3 breakthrough programs and 3 key projects under the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of Long An Province.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and Long An Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Lam thanked the enterprises for their attention in creating both material and spiritual conditions for the activities of the Trade Union organization and the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" of the workers. Mr. Lam suggested that all levels, sectors and businesses continue to discover and nurture new factors, advanced models, and typical examples of workers so that the province can honor them in a timely manner.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee honored and awarded Certificates of Merit to Long An Provincial People's Committee to 100 excellent workers; Certificates of Merit to Long An Provincial Federation of Labor to 200 other excellent workers.
